We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I found these slippers rather heavy and they made my ankles hurt. Also the fit was longer than previous shoes in this size so not a good fit. Overall disappointed.Our comment: When you receive your shoes please try them on a surface that will not mark them to check for fit and if you are not happy please use our FREE returns service to exchange or replace. This style will "seem" to fit longer because it opens up to the toe. There are no "restrictions" that for example a court shoe has restricting where the foot sits and therefore can fit slightly longer. -

Customer Comment: Delighted with these slippers. This is my very first purchase from you. I was recommended to you by my chiropodist. I wear orthotics and find it difficult to get foot wear that is deep enough. I need search no longer!
The sizing is different from all my other shoes. I followed the guidelines in the catalogue and have gone down a size! I was obviously wearing bigger shoes before to enable me to get more depth.
The slippers are good quality and very comfortable. They are firm and supportive. They are warm on the feet.

Customer Comment: Lovely soft but sturdy slippers with great non slip sole, plenty of room for my very swollen feet. Well made and very comfortable. The only issue I have is the Velcro strap could do with being a couple of inches longer. When I rang up to enquire about extensions I was disappointed that you don't do them, I didn’t want to return the slippers as they fitted so well, I’ve managed to attach a longer strip of Velcro to the current strap to extend it, this works perfectly well. -

Customer Comment: Lovely slippers but strap is not long enough, do you sell strap extensions.. please let me know as I cannot wear these at the moment, it would be dangerous as they do not fasten enough. It is an awful lot of money to spend if I can
N only wear them when sitting. Please answer.
