Finding your size and fitting is not always easy when ordering footwear by mail order. We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Unfortunately I now need to wear extra wide shoes, which upsets me. I can't get to the shops in Oxford at the moment to find shoes that fit, so my daughter found your site and ordered the black and blue shoes for me. So fat I have worn the black ones only, and they are very comfortable, but I find them 'clumpy', rigid and heavy compared with ordinary shoes. However, I have no alternative but to persevere!. -

Customer Comment: Having swollen feet I thought I'd give these a go, bought a bigger size just incase but couldn't get toes down in place because the toe box wasn't deep enough. Nothing wrong with style or shoes. Perhaps you could look into making toe box deeper. Returned shoes. -
