We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: This shoe fits the bill for me. Stylish, but not too high a heel, as my toes are arthritic and I can't wear higher heels without pain. I have hallux rigidus (a bony lump on top of my big toe) and a lot of shoes put pressure on or cut into this, also causing pain! I'm wearing these shoes to 'Strictly' dance classes and they are comfortable and look good! -

Customer Comment: These are what I call my 'make do shoes'. The choice of colours was bland and the choice of designs was limited. A lot of the designs would make me look like my grandmother and were on the frumpy side. Being able to return the order and reorder free of charge was great. I have ordered previously and had some really lovely designs which I am still wearing. These were brought for a wedding and I can't see me wearing them much after that so quite an expensive pair of shoes for one use. Had the shoes been in this design, a more exciting colour and without the odd rose bit on the front then they would have had a lot more wear. -

Customer Comment: I find these shoes very comfortable and am now looking to purchase further shoes from DB.
However after tracking down a shop in Oswestry When we were recently on holiday I was amazed at the luck of interest in Helping me to purchase further shoes on the internet.I was told this was not possible even offer stating that I had already managed to order my shoes on the internet. Also the lady very kindly gave me an up dated brochure which clearly states that you can measure and order on line but the centre pages with this information was missing, so all in all not terribly happy with the customer service.I shall be ordering my shoes on line because not only having no confidence at all in the shop experience we do not have a shop:near us in Cornwall.Our comment: Our shoes are stocked by independent retailers ( a full list of stockists is available on our website). As their businesses are independent of ours we are not in control of the service offered. When buying on-line you are buying from DB Shoes and not the retailer. This may have been the reason as to why the retailer was less helpful. -

Customer Comment: I had already purchased these in navy and found them to be very comfortable and stylish for dress occasions. I have a visual impairment and have found this style very stable and this gives confidence when out and about. As a result of my experience with the navy pair I purchased a pair in beige to compliment different outfits. What more can I say.
