We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Thank you. In a previous review I explained how I'd loved these shoes, but that there had been an issue. So, a new pair of shoes was dispatched to me. They are fantastic. I can't explain how I was overwhelmed by the fantastic care I received from the staff after my online purchase. And yesterday my podiatrist is sorting out an extra orthotic, as these, and another pair of DB shoes, are deep enough to take the orthotics my feet require. Thank you, thank you, thank you. -

Customer Comment: Fantastic colour and fit. After having the shoes for 23 days, sadly my toe has gone through the fabric and the sole has worn through. I have worn my other shoes for 9 months non-stop before replacing. I'm sad, as they were comfy, my orthotics fitted and they looked so good.Our comment: We are getting in contact with the customer to discuss. -
