We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: My feet and ankles are now so swollen and sore with arthritis that I was finding it impossible to find sandals that fitted for this summer until I tried these. They are perfect for fit because they expand or contract with their velcro fastening to fit any width, even mine - which varies a bit from morning to evening as my feet swell, and they are very comfortable and feel secure. I did trip over my dog once and this dislodged the inner sole, but it slotted back in neatly and has not been a problem. I am delighted with them, thank you. -

Customer Comment: Oh how I love these slides. They are a great design, work perfectly for me as I love slides. I have oedema but these don't seem to need much altering during the day. always feel a tad heavy when putting them on but then the feet 'settle' and are so happy the rest of the day. I love these being ones for the summer and wear them a lot already. I expect the black ones will come into their own shortly as I just had to get both colours. So glad I did. Top marks DB! -

Customer Comment: Perfect! As I love wearing slides these are just right for my feet! I have oedema and my feet tend to swell during the day but thankfully these slides can be adjusted if necessary during the day. To my amazement my feet hardly swell when wearing these slides and they look so good too. I thought they felt a bit 'heavy' when I first wore them and each time I put them on they do at first but then my feet 'settle in' and off we go! Excellent quality too, I love them! -

Customer Comment: The only reason that I have given a 4-star rating to these sandals is that I think the raw edge of the cut-to-fit velcro strap makes them look less smart and finished. I understand the usefulness of this fitting feature, but had to cut off a lot of the strap to get a good fit. -

and I find I can't can’t adjust the Velcro sufficiently to prevent my foot from slipping. -

Customer Comment: I don't find these sandals as comfortable as I had hoped, whereas my other Wider Fit shoes are great. I have also cut the strap to the smallest fitting but it sticks out which looks a bit odd. -
