We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I brought the wrong size as they did not have any size 5 in so l brought size 6 not suited to me very uncomfortable could not exchange them as l had worn them ordered a nother pair in a size 5 the lady put down 6 again now l have to wait for them to come and exchange them for something else as they have no size 5 in oh dear !!!!! -

Customer Comment: I have always brought my shoes from you and have always been very pleased, however, I have only worn these sandals twice I find them very uncomfortable to wear sadly. It's hard to explain but the soles of my feet hurt when I wear them and I don’t think they will wear in to the shape of my feet. However the sandals are of course made to a very high standard and quality which I can’t fault.
I do not work and claim universal credit so it’s a lot of money for me to pay out in one go. Thank you.Our comment: We are in contact with the customer. -

Customer Comment: These are extremely comfortable and attractive and I very easily customised them to my feet by snipping off some of the straps as per instructions. My preference is the two tone effect you get when using the light grey tongue but it is nice to have the other options if needed. Can recommend.
