We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I love the Andes boots, they are so comfortable and stylish. I particularly like that i can use the zip to open them and not have to fiddle with tying a bow. The price as sale items meant that I was able to stretch to two pairs in different colours. -

Customer Comment: These boots are really comfortable when on, however, the problem for me is getting them on. I chose these boots due to the zip so it would be easier for my painful hand condition to put on but i found the zip is awfully stiff and very difficult to pull up. i hope in time it eases as i need help puting them on as i cant do laces and the zip is too stiff. Being independant is important so an easier zip would go a long way to maintaining indipendance. they are comfortable when on and help me maintain my balance. The overall fit was perfect a very comfortable she but my only challenge is the zip. -
