Customer Comment: I purchased the Avalon in a size 6E in the Navy multi colour. I really wanted the pink coloured ones but they had sold out in the size and the fit that I wanted so I tried these instead. Do you know what, I really like them because they are completely different from anything else (colour-wise) that I have purchased - so that was a bonus.
They fit just beautifully, my orthotics go in them ok (sometimes a bit of a squash but once they're in, they're in). Lovely wide shoe and just so comfortable to wear plus they look completely different. I'm well pleased. -

Customer Comment: Excellent service arrived very promptly after ordering. Shoes good quality and so comfortable. Plenty room for a bunion and hammer toe. Only something personal I did want a navy shoe but would have preferred the addition of another colour perhaps tan or burgundy. Feel they look old fashioned with the navy on its own. Loved the multi colour one which I wore in spring /summer plus they were much admired. Only a thought perhaps I'll need to purchase the burgundy

Customer Comment: Very square toe, very wide fit - which was what I wanted especially for one problem foot. The shoe is rather too wide for the non-problem foot and I find the laces a bit slippery (so it is hard to pull them tight enough), but shoe is very smart, and seems good quality leather. -

Customer Comment: The shoe is very attractive and comfortable and my 82 year old Mother, who currently has Plantar Fasciitis, finds the shoes very supportive. I also bought a pair for myself and mine too are very comfortable. I purchased these in the sale and would not have purchased at full price as that is higher than I would pay for shoes I would wear regularly (i.e. every day shoes). Customer Comment: These shoes are beautiful classic style, well made and very comfortable. I bought the first pair for my 82 year old but user stylish Mum and loved them so much that I bought myself a pair.

I also had 3 pairs of Elizabeth, very similar shoe only Velcro instead of laces, I wish Elizabeth could be brought back as I am finding laces rather difficult with arthritis in my hands.
