We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I bought these for my 86 year old mother. She has advanced dementia but is still active and walks for hours each day around her care home. However she does tend to shuffle walk and used to trip easily. We had tried various other brands of shoes but none seemed to help. The shoes I bought her from Wider fit are fantastic. They fit so well and Mum is walking much better with them. They have the added bonus of looking pretty, something that shoes made for elderly and wider feet tends to lack. Mum is delighted with them and shows everybody her new shoes. I will definitely make Wider fit my first choice in the future. -
