We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Customer Comment: I love these new boots!! Last year I bought the 'Crawley' and they were so good I decided to buy this years boots from you too. I wanted fashionable - so I bought this lovely denim blue. The fit is perfect. For the foot I have a problem with I open both the zip and laces and my foot just slides in once fastened I don't look as if I have one foot much fatter than the other. Great Value for money. I'll certainly buy next years from you too PS Your staff are extremely helpful and friendly on the phone too -

Customer Comment: These are a beautiful boot, very well made, and they fit around my very fat swollen ankles lovely.
I ordered a 6, as I know 7 would be way too big, but once my feet swell my big toe catches slightly on the outside tip,my fault entirely,
I have only wore these a couple of times so far, so hoping to bed in with age. 5 stars all round.
