We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: It's like walking on air. I don't know that I'm wearing anything on my feet. These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. I have bought a seciond pair; one for indoors and the other for outdoors. -

Customer Comment: These are a bit like boats in terms of fit, but that's probably down to our measuring. We’ve got 4 lots of insoles in and they are still too big, but because we cut the straps to fit we can’t send them back. The boots are good quality though, and if we’d got the sizing right they’d have been brilliant. -

Customer Comment: Found it slightly difficult to put the shoe on but once it is on my foot moves around slightly. I think this is because I ordered a size larger than I needed because I had previously ordered a pair of lace-ups of the correct size and couldn't get them on.( The current shoe isn't a lace-up and has a velcro top.)I think I am finding the shoes a little uncomfortable because my feet move around inside them -
