Customer Comment: These are smart looking and excellent quality. I appreciate the discreet elastic around the ankle part to allow extra stretch as I really struggle to find boots with a wide enough ankle. Only worn a couple times so far but these will be my winter go-to! -

Customer Comment: These are lovely, comfortable boots, and a nice colour, too. I bought a pair in black nubuck in a size 5 (my usual size) but they were more like a size 6. My advice is to buy a size smaller to get a good fit and avoid having to return/exchange them. -

Customer Comment: Difficult to pull the inside zips closed. I have to try closing them a few times as they don't pull up smoothly like the outside zips.
Disappointed they’re not perfect as they are expensive to buy.
Otherwise they are comfortable boots to wear.
I didn’t return them as I was in special need of boots at the time. -

I use this boot with the removable inner removed and wide enough whilst still looking fashionable. Customer Comment: It's a little early to give scores of excellent as I have only worn the boots three times, but I am very pleased with them. The leather is nice and soft and the two zips are helpful when putting the boots on and taking them off.
I have a bunion on one foot so finding anything to fit me in shops was impossible. I have appreciated the ease of ordering and returning items, and the help over the telephone. Now that I know the best width, toe shape and style to accommodate the bunion I look forward to purchasing more footwear.
