We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Due to the change of the 2 fastening straps of the previous design of slippers to an elastic stretch straps.
From one of many persons with foot problems, which the previous slipper design met our needs.Can we have a return to a supply of the old type slippers.
If you view my past purchases from you and other suppliers you will note I am a regular purchaser. PLEASE HELP there is NO supplier to meet many persons problems like mine -

Customer Comment: Safest most comfortable properly fitting slippers ever. So grateful to this wonderful company for creating this niche market online. I never knew what comfortable slippers were until I was recommended by my sister who also has very wide feet. Absolute perfection - almost. I would really like these in beige or brown. I currently have them in the only options of navy blue and maroon. The maroon doesn't look like maroon and looks more like a gaudy fuschia colour so I don’t wear them. Navy blue wouldn’t be my 1st choice either but I do wear them. -
