Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Ordered size 7 but were too big.. exchanged for size 6..perfect. Definitely use the measure guide . Wanted the suedette style for indoor shoes now winter weather here and need to leave my outdoor footwear at the entrance area. Width also accommodated my hammer toe. Thank you widerfitshoes for shoes I can wear because of this hammer toe. -
