We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: This is a review about things being fair. Has you know I ordered a pair of boots size 9 and next day delivery. Well boots arrived the next day but they were A SIZE 4. I'm house bound there was no way I could return them to u in the post and there no one to do it for me. I am very angry as the boots aren't cheap or next day delivery charge. It's cost me over 100.00 that's alot of money for nothing in return.
If u never had any SIZE 9s u shouldn't of taken my money. You should of been truthfully. I would of waited until u got the SIZE 9s back in stock. I've looked on yr website and u dont have any SIZE 9s in stock a wait of a matter of weeks for the boots I wanted. To come back in stock. I think I've been treated awful.Our comment: We apologise. This style is made overseas. Whilst we check a proportion of every delivery coming into our building for quality and correct sizes in the box, we do not check every shoe box. The supplier, unknown to us, put a size 4 into a box marked as a size 9. We scanned the box end label and assumed we had a size 9 in the box. It was only when the customer opened the box that the mistake became apparent. We gave the customer a full refund and have instigated a double check procedure at dispatch for goods from this supplier to reduce the possibility of this happening again. -

Customer Comment: Nice boot with a low heel. Very comfortable for me - I have extra wide feet and a high instep which makes ankle boots difficult to buy, and I am a size 9, so not too many options available to me. These are just what I was looking for. -

Customer Comment: Very pleased with the fit of the boots although the opening could have been a bit wider as I have to wear an ankle brace it is hard for me to bend my foot, also the colour on one of the boots is beginning to wear of at the front , but apart from that I would buy again . -

Customer Comment: I have trouble getting shoes that are wide enough yet look nice and these fit the bill quite well. The leather is a little but stiff but is not uncomfortable to wear. It's not always easy to get on and off but I’ve learned that after pulling across the front tab if I push the tongue right back it easy to get my feet out, and the same for putting them on. This stops the tongue getting in the way. All in all, very happy with these shoes.
