Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Customer Comment: The leather is so soft that these boots give no support at all. Somehow, despite the soft leather, they also manage to press down on my big toe, causing a bruise under the nail. Not impressed, I wouldn't buy these again. -

Customer Comment: I had tried for many months to get either shoes or boots to fit me. Due to a problem I have, one of my feet and that ankle are terribly swollen Even going up a size I couldn't get anything to fit. A couple of months ago I spoke to a lovely lady at D B - she chatted to me for about 20 minutes asking my measurements etc. She then suggested 2 pairs of boots for me to try - she was so helpful I would advise anyone with problem feet to ring and ask for help. One pair 'The Crawley' fit me perfectly after all the months of trying. The laces can be set to individual feet then you use the side zip each time you take them on and off. Works like a dream - and fashionable too!! Thanks DB -

Customer Comment: Love the boots mix & match with my wardrobe ,the only thing as time goes on the laces loosen off which in turn allow my feet to slide in the boot and the tongue on the right side buckles and folds leaving the front of my boot looking funny -

Customer Comment: I have real difficulty getting nice boots and shoes, unless I have them made through the hospital.
When I found this company on line I was really hopeful, they could provide me with boots that would be wide enough, but more importantly would have better access, that's the key, being able to open the shoes up to actually get my foot into them.
I ordered the Crawley boot, and to say I am thrilled is an understatement, I finally have a pair of ankle boots that not only fit, and I can get my foot in, but also make my feet look, ordinary, which is a great thing, they don't stand out as different , they now look stylish, but still retain comfort. I am so glad I found this company, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. -

Customer Comment: I love these boots. I tried many pairs and these are extremely comfortable and stylish black Winter boots. I have bunions and wear orthotics and the 2v were wide enough and comfortable with the orthotics. I wear them every day. Thank you!
