We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: These shoes did exactly what they said they would. They were wide and had a tall box section over the toe. Unfortunately I bought them because I have a swollen big toe and tendonitis on the top of the foot. So I found the level sole to be uncomfortable. But the shoes are well made sturdy and I am having some orthotics made that I know will transform the shoes. -

Customer Comment: A stylish very well made shoe however the fit was disappointing, I normally take a size 9 but had to return them for a size 8. Even these shoes are a loose fit and require the use of heel grips during use! It would be better if it were possible to have half sizes in all of your range. -

Customer Comment: I am increasingly confused by your sizing. I believed I was ordering a wider fit (EE) as I have done many times before and have been extremely happy with. However, this style seems to have different specifications depending on the part of the web site consulted. In one place these are described as EE and others as EV, whatever that means. The pair I have received, with both inserts and my orthotics inserted just about matches the height of my foot but means the heel does not fit. I am trying to buy some felt to make a stick-on insert for the area between the elastic gussetts but so far have not found any shoe shops that still sell such a product. I will make them fit but I am disappointed.Our comment: These shoes are EV fitting. This means that the fitting can vary between E fit to EEE fit depending on how many insoles are retained within the shoe. From reading the comment this customer is inserting his custom made orthoses on top of our insoles, instead of replacing our insoles with his orthoses. This will mean that his heel is raised and will slip out of the shoe. Without seeing the combination of foot and insole it is difficult to comment further, but it is possible that this style has too much space for his needs. Please try shoes on a non-marking surface with the correct orthoses (if required) to check for fit and sizing and if you are not happy please return them using our FREE returns service. -
