We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Customer Comment: Lovely looking shoes are comfy to a point. My only complain with these is that the heals are too low. Could do with being a cm higher to stop pains at the back of the foot. Chirpodists also recomment a slight higher heal on flats to avoid pain. -

Customer Comment: Good fit appreciate the low front of the shoe because of a medical condition (lymphoedema) this is important . A very comfortable shoe with a good non slip sole. A few more style similar to these and a wider range of colours in6v fitting would be nice -

Customer Comment: I can't seem to get your shoes right. I was advised with my first pair to have size 5, from the results of your measuring charts. They were far too small and had to be returned. On the order form for the shoes pictured above I asked if a size 6 would be best but got no reply so went ahead with that. My foot slides forward in the right foot shoe and is rather uncomfortable so I haven't really worn them much, except indoors.
