We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Following an accident i had no shoes that fit. I ordered the first pair and was amazed at how comfortable they are and how good they fit.
i then ordered a paitr of trainers and again the fit is perfect.
i fully recommend this firm. both pairs look amazing and are excellent value for money. Slippers next!

But please note that the Donald has a slightly higher cutaway for the ankle bone and a taller back than some other models. for many this is not an issue, but if you have problems with skin around your ankles (quite common with diabetes) there are other options from DB -
