We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Despite carefully measurement could have done with a bit more length for toes. The strap is long but the Velcro doesn't go far enough so keeps coming undone. -

Customer Comment: Well made, lovely and warm. My issue with these slippers is that the straps that fasten the slippers are constantly coming undone putting me at risk of falling over them. Disappointing in comparison with other purchases I have made from this company. -

Customer Comment: These slippers are very well made and provide good support. Unfortunately for me, I found that after wearing them for some time they became very uncomfortable. The fabric doesn't have enough flexibility to accommodate my unusual shaped feet with a bunion and hammer toes. Whilst they are a wide fit, for me there isn't enough space in the toe cap. -

Customer Comment: I bought these slippers for my mum who had 2 pairs of shoes from you last year . Although the shoes are perfectly comfortable and I bought the same size the slippers were more difficult to put on and left an indent where the strap had been. Mum says they are not too tight and will be lovely at keeping her feet warm and did not want to exchange them for the larger size. I am hoping she is right!
