We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I had a pair of these shoes a few years ago and they were great - lasted very well until, with constant wear, eventually the soles began to wear through. I bought another pair but am disappointed by the change to elasticated straps. I wear orthotics due to a neurological condition so my balance is poor and I find the elastic makes the shoes feel unsafe on my feet. I have now stitched up the elastic to make them feel safer! Surely there is no need for elastic - if your feel swell you can loosen the strap! Now I have altered them they are fine but this was, imho, an unnecessary change! -

Customer Comment: Sent back as straps did not close(I have swollen feet) main complaint which I always raise is that the soles are far too bulky and heavy.
Impossible to drive on pedals easily and to access car in and out. -
