We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Lovely boots ! Soft black leather and very comfortable. Even better for me, as I have slim ankles and legs, they are not hugely wide at the leg..so fit well. ( Buckles do mean you can widen the leg if needed, but great to find some boots that are not automatically wide in the leg too...) -

Customer Comment: LOVE these boots. They look so much nicer in person than online. I worried they would be 'baggy' looking around the ankle and oversized, but not at all. These are warm, super-comfy lined boots that I end up not wanted to take off once I come back indoors from a walk. They are well made in super-soft leather. Unusually, and wonderfully, whilst they are a good generous width, very comfy on the feeet, they are nicely fitted around the leg, rather than being oversized or gaping at the ankle. Usually, wide fit shoes/boots assume the wearer also has huge ankles and legs - not the case for many of us! The lacing allows these to fit flexibly around the ankle, going down to an average (slim) size there, whilst giving lots of room around the width of the foot. They also look lovely on - very flattering. So cosy and comfy and good to look at that I'm seriously considering another ('spare') pair! Would highly recommend. -
