We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: They are comfortable but find the soles are too firm. For me it would be better to have more flexible rubber soles. I have turned my ankle a few times on uneven pavements. Softer soles are better as I have had two knee replacements. -

Customer Comment: Lovely pair of shoes with plenty of room. Removed the insoles to put my orthotics in. Only downside is that after a couple of wears the right shoe feels lose when I walk but I'm experimenting with various insoles underneath the orthotics which will hopefully resolve it. -

Customer Comment: Unfortunately I'm struggling with your footwear. Due to needing a 6v for left foot and normal wide fit for right therefore not able to wear them
Regarding the above pumps I’ve got 3 insoles and heel grip inside and they’re still too big but able to manage for a short period.
I ordered 2 other pairs with the above item all needed to be returned right foot massive so stepping out of them. -

Customer Comment: I am very pleased with my purchase. The quality is very good. I sent for the 6v but found them too large although that is my usual fitting. Returned to order the 2v which is a perfect fitting. I purchased on special offer but I would think twice about paying the full price as I thought too expensive.
