We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I wouldn't normally dream of buying footwear remotely, but I had foot beds made to measure and met someone who recommended yourselves. The simplicity of how to approach placing an order was first rate. The descriptive coloured circles made it easy to focus upon my specific requirements. Well done!
However I needed to change the selected shoe and your customer service, telephone staff, were really helpful and I will certainly recommend that others who have 'problem' feet like mine make contact with you.
I wear them every day when put of doors. -

Customer Comment: My feet have swelled, and I was left with one pair of shoes I could wear. Now I have two pairs. They are easy to slide on, as I cannot reach my right foot, so this is essential. Comfortable, but rather expensive compared with their only competitors in this field.. I am a disabled pensioner so price is important. I want a third pair of shoes, but will have to, save up. -

A delight to wear, good protection in bad weather with the leather uppers. Easy do up with the strap across, given that often elderly people can't bend down easily to do up laces. Highly recommended! -
