We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I have bunions and the width of this shoe is perfect. Finding shoes that are comfortable has been impossible until I got these. I love it that as well as having a bit of stretch in the width, I can easily loosen the fastenings if my feet swell. -

Customer Comment: Good fit , leather very soft so very comfortable. Tongue could be slightly wider particularly as designed for feet that swell. Would still recommend though as its good to have a trainer option. -

Customer Comment: The sewn in tongue of one of the shoes was not trimmed properly, it was too long inside the shoe, towards my toes, and it rubbed very uncomfortably on my sensitive skin. In order for me to wear this shoe I have to have something between the shoe and my foot. Something like a sock. I could not return it because I had immediately cut the straps to fit.Our comment: When you receive your shoes if you think something is not correct please contact customer services to discuss. We offer a FREE returns service and want people to have comfortable shoes. -

Customer Comment: At last I have found a comfortable shoe. I have wide feet with a high instep and very swollen ankles but I can wear these shoes all day and still feel comfortable by adjusting the straps when necessary. I have since bought the same shoe in the other colour option. -
