We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: These slippers are very comfortable to wear and slip on and off your feet perfectly. There is sufficient depth for extra shoe liners to be inserted for extra comfort if required. They are ideal for either Summer or Winter. -

Customer Comment: On two occasions I have sent e-mails to your Company stating that the insole in the right foot slipper has a "crease/ridge/fold" across the narrowest part of the instep which makes it very uncomfortable to wear. These e-mails were sent approx. three weeks ago and to date we have not had the courtesy of a reply. I would be grateful if this matter could be looked into. I have four other pairs of your shoes which I have been extremely pleased with and I feel that the lack of attention to my correspondence, lets your Company down.Our comment: We have moved to a new web site and only found out after a few weeks that we were not getting e mails through the site. We apologise about this. The situation has been resolved. We endeavour to reply to e mails within 24 hours. We shall contact this customer to resolve her issues. -

Customer Comment: Good Quality slippers, the soles are substantial but could do with a little more rubber content as they are quite hard plastic and can be a little slippery and loud on laminate floor. The insoles are a good idea - I will put the insoles back in as the shoes have stretched to my feet shapee and could do with being a bit tighter now. The fur round the edges is discoloured grey isn quite quickly but still acceptable- However they are comfortable and hard wearing so good purchase all in all. -

I'll wear a better fitting one for during the day doing house work I would trip and fall with the mule slippers I purchased from you.Our comment: This customer bought the 6V fitting. it maybe that the 2V fitting would have been more suitable -

The slipper are very comfortable look nice and safe to wear. Considering I have not been able to find any for some time, due to my feet being very swollen.I wanted slippers which I could slip on without bending and would also stay in place, the raised back enables them to stay in place without restricting foot enter therefore are safe to wear.

Customer Comment: I need a EEEE width and had not had any winter slippers for years as I couldn't find any that fitted. These fit!! They are so warm and comfortable I wear them as house shoes and have popped out into the garden with them. No sign of wear yet, I will order these again when required.

Customer Comment: I bought these slippers for my elderly mother. They are perfect. They have a luxurious and well built look and feel. The adjustable broad fitting is a bonus, especially for feet which swell occasionally. They are easy to put on and take off which is ideal as my mother has arthritis in her hands and she cannot bend down. I would be happy to recommend these slippers to anyone looking for a slip on type.
