We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Bought for my mum who has very swollen feet and for the first time she was able to wear a very comfortable pair of boots. The width was fantastic very roomy and the length was so spot on they never touched her sore toes. They are very beautiful not just in colour but in style. Very well made and quality is first rate. I was very impressed and extremely happy for my 82 year old mum. I would not even hesitate to get a second pair for myself. YES I RECOMMEND!!! -

Customer Comment: These are really comfortable boots, great for my wide feet, a little bit snug around the ankle when new but soon loosens up, I recommend these boots as I have RA and are brilliant for my problem feet. -

Customer Comment: This is the second pair of Stoke boots I have purchased, and find the a perfect fit. I find it refreshing that a air of ankle boots with zips has a sole conducive to slippery weather, I usual find only lace up boots with this feature. The only thing I would suggest is that the insole be of a slightly softer quality. -
