We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: They are as usual very well made and the room at the toe ample. However, the depth at the arch is not as great as on previous lace ups and the laces are rather short and come undone easily. They are smart and robust without appearing clumpy. -

Customer Comment: This seemed to be a sturdy shoe and was good for walking. However, part of the sole tore away after about 5 wears, so quality of rubber used needs improving. The upper leather is smooth, but not very soft so was not as comfortable as it could have been. The e fit was wide enough to accommodate my bunion well. I have wide feet, but they are short, size 4. -

Customer Comment: These shoes fit me perfectly after removal of both insoles, even with ortho inserts whereas if they didn't I would be in pain. There is sufficient room in the toe box and it is great that there are no seams there. They look suitably casual but smart enough to wear to meetings etc. Expensive, even in the sale, but worth it. My two niggles are with the laces. I replaced them immediately with slightly longer flat ones. Also the air bubble sole. I would much rather have a thick rubber sole with good grip - I walk my dog in town streets a lot and as autumn leaves and winter comes I will still want to wear these shoes most days. -

Customer Comment: Lovely to finally receive shoes that are wide enough to accommodate my bunion and deep enough not to rub my hammer toe. I am wearing them every day to walk my dog and with thicker socks than usual for added comfort. My only concern is that they are a little large for my left foot without the bunion but that can't be helped and my thicker socks help pad it out. I will definitely be buying from this company again. -
