We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Customer Comment: Second pair I have bought as black upper and soles go with so many things and they are very comfortable. Only negative is a bottom eyelet has come adrift and shows white lining. Previous review mentioned this as well. I can see how it happens as the fabric is softer and eyelet under pressure from tying laces. Tara canvas not so sturdy as say Banff canvas. Having said that they are a very useful, all black, light weight canvas pump. -

Customer Comment: This is the only shoe I can be comfortable in, due to feet swelling and and not liking a restricted feel.
I love this shoe in all colours, though I understand this one is going to be discontinued.
So I am hoping that the front will be duplicated into another shoe with no seams anywhere. -

Customer Comment: Very comfortable but very poor quality the lace eye let holes failed numerous times one sent back and replacement pair also failed at the eyelet holes not at slll up to standard
I have been a customer for a long time about ten years and you disappoint me with these shoes. I cannot recommend them

Customer Comment: The canvas shoes are very comfortable to wear, unfortunately I have found the soles of the shoes very slippery, and as I am slightly disabled and the bungalow has laminated flooring in the hallway, bathroom and kitchen so have to be very careful when walking, I am housebound so dont expect to scuff the soles very much -

Customer Comment: Very comfy fit. I would've liked the exact style I bought originally from you but neglected to enquire when I ordered by phone. The style of Tara is not as pleasing as that original one, the name of which I have no record of.
Anyway the service and delivery was brilliant and these shoes are just fine..comfy and great fit ...just not QUITE as stylish! But that’s my fault....not yours...Xx -
