We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Bought for wearing with smart outfits and they certainly do the job well if dressed up with decorative clips on the front. I really need a square toe box so I can feel a little pressure in the toes sometimes and I had to put in heel grippers at the back. I thought they were a little pricey but all in all very happy with them. -

Customer Comment: Always have been more than satisfied with my shoe purchases BUT these slippers have proven to be no good at all. Wasted my money but tried wearing them so cannot return. What the problem? Low cut seemed fine for summer wear however with feet swelling in heat the top rim realty bit into my feet - a wider and stretch band at rim would have been so much better.
My mistake in purchasing new style (for me).
