We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: This is the first time I have ordered house shoes from you as I keep some shoes purely for indoor wear. However, as I was suffering from a bout of plantar fasciitis, I ordered these. Unfortunately I had to take out the inner sole as the toe cap (particularly on the right) wasn't deep enough for me, with the result that the side of my heel was then in contact with the edge of the stiffening in the seam which proved too uncomfortable. In the end I had to give up wearing them for now - a real pity as they look much smarter and are more supportive than an ordinary slipper. -

Customer Comment: Following a hip operation I could not wear my usual shoes, but the Virginia style has proved to be absolutely ideal. Easy to slip on and off without having to bend down and broad enough to accommodate my swollen feet! Sufficiently versatile for both indoor and outdoor use and just so comfortable - perfect!

Customer Comment: I had been looking for a replacement for the Margot range of shoes that had been discontinued. I find these are even more comfortable. To early to tell if they are as long lasting as the previous range. -
