We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Not as deep at the front as I hoped having hammer toes. I took the inner soles out then the heel area was too loose. Otherwise the shoes are comfy and look ok. Not keen on the white sole. -

Customer Comment: love the look of the shoes and are very comfortable except that the strap tends to dig into the top of my foot leaving strap marks. I am going to try sticking a plaster or padding underneath the strap to stop it -

Customer Comment: These shoes/sandals are truly amazing. So comfortable and smart. The leather is really soft and doesn't cause sore feet. Can be worn casually with trousers or dresses and look good. I shall certainly be purchasing them in different colours to complement other outfits.
I’ve lost count of how many pairs of shoes I’ve purchased from DBWiderFit and I’ve never experienced a problem with any of them... as I said before they’re truly amazing.
