We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I have been searching for a boot to accommodate a very painful bunion and this boot is perfect. The laced opening makes it easy to put my feet in and I can lace the boot to my comfort. The lining is very cosy and I have found the boot to be waterproof. I can now resume long walks in the countryside. -

With arthritic feet and changes in the architecture of my feet it is extremely important that I can walk distances without pain. My rescue greyhound also enjoys the benefit of my ability to walk pain free. -

Customer Comment: I'm waiting to find out if these shoes can be adapted by a company- I need a wedge adding to each sole - I'm confident it's possible but they won't confirm until the consultation, so cannot rate the wear and comfort properly. Shoes look excellent. -
